Equity alliances of CEU Advisory Group aim to provide a letter of intent within a reasonable time period of receiving limited financial information from a criteria matching company.

Once the LOI is signed, the goal is to then move to more extensive diligence and then formal agreement. 

In terms of final deal structure, our partner network aims to create a win-win for both sides. We understand some sellers want to retire, while others desire to continue with the business.
